About Primastery.com

Primastery.com guides you on how to free yourself and your family from media addiction. We use the term media addiction as an umbrella for any compulsive behavior involving screen use—such as internet addiction, smartphone addiction, gaming addiction, chat addiction, Netflix addiction, computer addiction, pornography addiction, and more.

We introduce you to proven processes and teach you how to develop successful thinking habits. True success in life depends on how we think and act. To overcome addiction, we must learn self-control. We believe this is best achieved by understanding how we function as human beings. While digital detox is an important part of addiction intervention, the core of recovery work lies in mindset transformation—changing the way we think.

Alongside addiction recovery, we empower parents to step into their strength and reclaim their rightful place in the family hierarchy. A harmonious, happy family life is only possible through a strong family structure and a foundation of moral values.

In the case of pornography addiction—which affects a significant number of men, adolescents, and even children worldwide—developing mental and behavioral control is crucial to recovery. The consequences of porn addiction impact the body, mind, and social skills, often leading to impotence, failure, and an inability to form healthy relationships. This is a deep form of personal enslavement.

Freedom is the highest good.
Suchtbefreiung shows you not only how to break free from addiction, but also how to free yourself from the fears associated with it—and ultimately how to reprogram yourself and your entire system for success.

REBOOT is our flagship program, designed to help our members to free themselves from porn addiction and to create true freedom in every area of life.

Addictions in General – and Media Addiction in Particular

Addictions restrict our lives, rob us of freedom, and are a clear expression of dependency. Over time, they often become "second nature"—accepted as part of one’s personality or even reinterpreted as something positive. Take smoking, for example: objectively, it's a form of self-poisoning that increases susceptibility to illness and often leads to a painful death. It also costs a great deal of money that could be invested more wisely. Smoking is, in every sense, a losing game—and one that severely limits freedom. Yet tobacco and now e-cigarette advertising have reframed it as a symbol of freedom.

A similar pattern can be seen with online and gaming addictions. The internet has its benefits—it gives us access to information and can simplify communication. However, the danger lies in losing ourselves in it, spending far more time online than we intended. This is partly due to personal focus, but also because the internet is a multibillion-dollar industry. Its profits depend, in part, on how long users stay online. But before time can be captured, attention must first be seized. This brings us to the key issues: our vulnerability to temptation and the mechanisms designed to exploit it.

Today’s main players in this field are the porn industry, social media platforms, and the gaming industry. Young people are heavily impacted by all three. Each carries enormous addictive potential and can have dramatic effects on the individuals involved and those around them—especially families. In many cases, families are weakened or, in extreme situations, even torn apart.

Planet Earth as a Classroom

We believe that we are here on Earth to learn. Earth is a space for growth and development—for all forms of life. The framework for this evolution is set by the laws of nature. Recognizing and working in harmony with these laws allows us to grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, reaching heights that are, quite literally, limitless. When we act against these natural laws, we create disharmony—and encounter failure.

The Law of Cause and Effect

The Inner Compass of Morality and Inspiration

Every human being has the ability to distinguish right from wrong, good from evil. The inner voice that speaks to us can be suppressed or ignored—but it is always present. This voice, often referred to by wise people as the “quiet inner voice,” is our direct link to our Higher Self. In today’s outward-focused world, many have forgotten how to listen to it.

This voice corresponds to the right hemisphere of the brain, through which our Higher Self continuously communicates with us—often in the form of images. What we should strive for is a balance between the intuitive, creative right hemisphere and the rational, analytical left hemisphere.

True orientation, intuition, inspiration, and creativity—and thus a meaningful, fulfilling life—are found when we live from the inside out, not from the outside in.

Control

At its core, overcoming addiction is about one thing: control. A person struggling with addiction has lost control over a specific area of their life. It’s logical, then, that everything would be in order if we had control over all areas of our lives.

To learn this, we must explore and master certain key topics:
What kinds of conflicts do people face?
How do we function as human beings?
How does the mind work?
Why is it important to understand this?
What does any of this have to do with addiction?
And—how do I make decisions?

But most importantly:
How can I control myself—my thoughts and my actions?
Because the truth is:
WHOEVER HAS CONTROL OVER THEMSELVES, HAS CONTROL OVER THEIR LIFE.
